Modern science has no definite
notion of what motion is and what inner-matter processes trigger the
transfer of bodies in space. Usually, motion is referred to as an innate
property. The same as inertia, force, gravitation, fields. Although they all
are nothing but the consequence of the principle which science hasn’t
grasped yet. As a result, natural science is ‘clogged’ with numerous poorly
rationalized, often useless, hypotheses, theories and paradigms.
Is
Rhythmodynamics one of them? Has the author really succeeded in
revealing the nature of such fundamental phenomena and their properties as
motion and propulsion force, inertia, gravitation, interactions,
zero-amplitude energy and fields? If he hasn’t there is not much to add to
it, but if he has – Eureka!!! In which case the question rises how well
fitted Rhythmodynamics is to generate, for example, new technologies?
In the author’s opinion, this is the main requirement his theory must meet.
If theory brings in no radical change, why bother your head about it?
This requirement is justified, and
whether Rhythmodynamics meets it or not is not difficult to verify.
There are only two things you need for this: normal working conditions and
financial support. Our country, the Russian Federation, doesn’t care
spending money on such ‘trifles’. Luckily, our planet is not limited to the
Russian Federation only. I still hope there may be nations on the planet
interested in the new technologies and idiosyncratic researchers.

The
ideas which could suggest the use of fundamentally new
technologies are extremely rare. Rhythmodynamics is one of them,
at least it has all the grounds to claim to be such, especially
in the area of alternative means of propulsion in space. Experts
know the cost of the problem. What’s actually needed is a
decision to apply the knowledge of Rhythmodynamics in real life.
One of such choices could be the development of a
non-jet-propulsion craft which would move in space by changing
its own internal frequency-structural state.
The term
‘Rhythmodynamics’ consists of two notions: ‘rhythm’ and ‘dynamics’.
RHYTHM
(Gk.rhythmos). An ordered recurrent alternation of some processes,
moments (acceleration and deceleration, tension and relaxation in motion or in
the course of something).
DYNAMICS
1. A branch of mechanics with deals with the motion of bodies under
the impact of forces applied to them. 2. A pattern or process of change of some
phenomenon. 3. Motion, action, development.
In which case,
RHYTHMODYNAMICS
(RD) is a branch of science studying the role of periodical processes in
formation of natural phenomena and their properties.

Teaching Materials for
Schools and Colleges
Serious deterioration of educational, if not
intellectual, level of the growing generation is a widely recognized
problem. One of the causes of this is absence of a new clear-cut vision of
the natural phenomena, their properties and the processes which are actually
setting them off. The other reason is that the present capitalist system
which is dominant in the world economy is actually not interested in a new
world outlook which might put its dominance at risk. That’s may be why a
significant part of population in developing countries find themselves
unable to understand the essence of lots of common things around them, say a
radio receiver or a micro-chip.
Speaking of the origins of such every-day phenomena as
gravitation, inertia, electricity one would have to admit that the notion of
the majority of the planet’s population about such things is quite shocking.
What surprises most is that even the people with higher education level
sincerely believe that humankind is unable to grasp the meaning of these
phenomena. Others are equally sincere in their belief that modern science
gives a valid explanation to those things. Only a small number of
researchers, having penetrated into the heart of the matter, suddenly
discover that this knowledge, previously thought to be priceless for
mankind’s progress, now proves extremely harmful to the existing mode of
making a living. Such are contradictions of our civilization.
The knowledge about the surrounding world is first formed
at school level. This is where the fundamentals are given. Surprisingly
enough, the text-books by which they teach there were written in the early
20th century!
Something must be done about this! But what’s to be done
and how, if no new world outlook is said to have emerged yet. And if it did
emerge, it would never win recognition because scientific knowledge has long
been ‘privatized’ so that no outside truth would disturb the well-being of
those who exploit science as their private company business.
What is even more surprising is that general public
believes those businessmen of science who are profiting from all kinds of
mind-boggling hocus-pocus theories which in reality present and result in
nothing but a pile of gobbledygook.
To justify the absence of practical result they invent
myths about the top secret research allegedly conducted somewhere by
somebody. Of course some work is being done in secret. We know there are
some closed laboratories in the US and Europe which are engaged in similar
research, but how, pray, can these laboratories justify the present chaos in
the fundamental science and education?
Being acutely aware of the looming crisis in education we
are offering a set of teaching materials and computer programs illustrating
such branches of physics as Wave Geometry and Mechanics. For their mass production we have almost everything:
unique know-how, high-class specialists and the country with cheap labor
resources. What we have not is financial backing, which is impossible to
find inside Russia, ruled by intellectual mediocrities who know only how to
pump gas and oil.
The problems to which we offer our solutions based on our
new vision of the world are definitely of civilization scale and nature.
That’s why we would like to see this project as inter-state, international
one.
As a sign of our readiness to cooperate on these issues
we attach to our web-site a draft version of a teaching material referring
to the topic of Interference. This is a simple program which requires
small velocity of the processor (100MG) and was tested with MSIE 5.0, MSIE
6.0 under Win98 and WinXP.
This teaching material is freely distributed on condition
that the recipient, obeying the norms of business ethics, makes appropriate
reference to our web-site, our institute or at least rhythmodynamics
whenever the recipient is dealing with a third party.
We are convinced that joint selfless efforts of people -
researches, businessmen and politicians - who truly believe in the progress
of our civilization would be ale to overcome the current crisis in our
civilization development opening a new vista in our life which so far has
only been shown in films of science fiction.
We, who are already taking part in this noble work, are
urging you to respond to this Call of the Future and join our ranks so that
some day, with your help, this Future could become Present Reality.
